2020 Sunrise

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year from Suicide Six!

What a beautiful way to ring in 2020! We enjoyed the company of several uphill travelers, a beautiful sunrise, and amazing snow conditions this morning to kick off the New Year at S6. The wet snow we received on Monday made a perfect base for the 3” that we were blessed with yesterday. With the handiwork of our talented grooming team, we truly have fantastic snow conditions on all 6 open trails. We will operate 3 lifts from 9am-4pm, with continued efforts to open additional terrain. We have ski and snowboard lesson availability throughout the day today with conditions that are perfect for learning. A huge shout-out to our entire S6 Team for creating truly memorable experiences for our guests throughout this exceptionally busy holiday stretch.

Our New Year’s resolution?...Play more! We hope to see you out there!

Freestyle Terrain is BACK!

Looking back at our roots, we are proud to be one of the first ski areas to embrace snowboarding & see it fitting to expand upon the freestyle ski and ride offerings.
This year our master groomers and knowledgeable snow sports team will utilize new snowmaking capacity to build:

  • A medium size park on Lasky Lot featuring 30-40 foot table top jumps, and a variety of boxes, rails and other fun features.
  • A beginner progression park on Milky Way that will be a tangible entry point for skiers and riders that are new to freestyle.

To learn new techniques, tricks and turns we offer private, semi-private and seasonal all-mountain and freestyle lesson programs.
